- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a sole source basis ten (1) Frequency Transparent Radome (FTR) complete radome sets and one (1) surplus complete set FTR radome set. The sole source justification is based on meeting the test requirements of lab and shipboard Electromagnetic Capability (EMC) for the radome sets. The items will be procured from Vantage Associates, Inc., 199 W. 146th Street, Gardena, CA 90248. The radome set consists of P/N 93518 / 93519 Rev. A. The RFQ Number is N00178-11-Q-3009. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13 as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The NAICS Code is 334511 and the FSC Code is 5985. The items will ship to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5114. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE. The closing date is 17 November 2010, 12 Noon local time. Anticipated award date is 22 November 201O.
