- Amendment 000001 The Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA) has a requirement for an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number AG-3151-S-11-0002_B is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45, effective October 1, 2010. This solicitation is open to all offerors under NAICS Code 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services) -- Size Standard $25.0 Million. 1. Proposals shall be based upon the attached Solicitation. 2. All questions must be submitted via email only to Luis.Gallardo@wdc.usda.gov by November 12, 2010 at 2:00P.M. EST. 3. All proposals are due by November 19, 2010 at 2:00P.M. EST.
