- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 simplified acquisition procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a requirement for monthly parking for 21 access cards at 409 3rd street Washington, DC. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 -- simplified acquisition procedures. The proposed award is for services under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The Government intends to negotiate to the vendor with the lowest price quote. Respones to this notice must be sent via e-mail only benjamin.delaney@fda.hhs.gov. All questions are to be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 pm. EST on November 19, 2010. All quotations are due via email no later than 12:00 pm EST on November 24, 2010.
