- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) As part of Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recovery Act, this modification has been issued to Alltech Engineering Corp., to perform the following work: Expansion and hatch cover joints shall be repaired using Rapid Cure Joint Sealant and Backer Rod instead of Compression Seal. Top of each tainter gate hatch cover shall be sealed with a low viscosity penetrating epoxy sealant. NOTE: Fixed construction joint sealant material remained unchanged and shall be a Low Modulus Silicone Joint Sealant. ARRA project sign requirements are included in the revised SOW.
