- Draft RFP Attached is the Draft RFP including Sections L & M, revised SOO, DD Form 254, and CDRLS for industry questions and comments. Please understand that this is a request for information in order to receive industry feedback only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this posting. This is not a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the offeror and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. We greatly appreciate your feedback.
