- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for Mk 435 Fuze Less Booster and Lead In accordance with MIL-F-50548 Rev A/Amendment 5, MIL-D-50868 Rev A/Amendment 3, MIL-L-46255 Rev C/Amendment 308/26/68 and 05/11/90, MIL-P-48395 Amendment 2 and MIL-A-48078 Revision A. First Article: 385 Each due 120 days after award of contract. Production Quantity: Will be determine after first article ranging from 500-5,000 each, 5,001-10,000 each, 10,001-15,000 each, 15,001-20,000 each, 20,001-25,000, 25,001-30,000 and 30,001 35,000 each. Four (4) Options with Stepladder Quantities ranging from 500-5,000 each, 5,001-10,000 each, 10,001-15,000 each, 15,001-20,000 each, 20,001-25,000, 25,001-30,000 and 30,001 35,000 each. Delivery schedule: Quantity of 10,000 each 120 Days. Stepladder quantities ranging from 10,001 each to 35,000 will be 180 Days. The method of Source Selection will be based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The NAICS Code is 332993 Size Standard is 1,500 employees and FSC Code is 1375. To register for this solicitation, you must e-mail the following directly to Karen Tindley at karen.tindley @navy.mil: Solicitation number N00174-11-R-0008 in the subject line of the of your e-mail; name of requestor; organization name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Use your e-mail read notification to confirm the contract specialist s receipt of your registration. The Government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It is the requestor s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of solicitation and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the Internet, the contract specialist will send an e-mail to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the Internet. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil (Copies of solicitation will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.) Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD s Central Contractor Registration database. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. The requirement will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately November 30, 2010. Prior to this date, you will not be able to access this solicitation.
