- J&A (Pullen and Associates Executive Coaching Services for RESOLVE) The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to negotiate and award a contract for executive coaching services, on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR Clause 6.302-3 to Pullen and Associates Coaching and Consulting, 2428 17 th St NW, Unit 35, Washington, DC 20009-2740. NARA has a need for Pullen and Associates to provide executive coaching services. The executive coach will work with NARA to provide job coaching services associated with RESOLVE, NARA's Alternate Dispute Resolution Program. Pullen and Associates has unique expert experience in offering executive coaching services to private clients and employees of the federal government. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the period beginning November 19, 2010 and continuing through November 18, 2011. Statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(3), Expert Services. The purchase order will be issued on or about November 19, 2010 and will be for a period of 12 months. The NAICS code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. Interested parties have three (3) days from the date of publication of this Notice, to submit in writing, to the identified point of contact, clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications and/or capabilities to provide executive coaching services. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis in the future.
