- Attachment 1: Checklist Template Full DARPA-BAA-11-09 document DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of enhancements to Near-Junction Thermal Transport (NJTT) in high-power electronic devices. Proposed research should investigate innovative thermal management approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice. See full DARPA-BAA-11-09 attached. Important Dates: Posting Date- November 9, 2010 Proposal Abstract Due Date – No later than 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time, December 14, 2010. Full Proposal Due Date - No later than 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time, February 24, 2011.
