- General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 6,000 to 8,000 rsf of warehouse, storage space in Kenner, Louisiana. The Government is seeking alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost benefit analysis and to determine whether it is advantageous to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at the current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can satisfy the Government's requirement's, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical moving costs, replication of tenant improvement's, telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Space will be occupied by the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The warehouse and storage space must be located within the following boundaries: North - Veterans Memorial Boulevard & Interstate 10. East - Williams Boulevard & Highway 49. South - 3rd Street & Jefferson Highway. West - Interstate 310 Lease Term: The Government desires a 5 year lease term with a 2 year firm lease term. Desired Occupancy Date: Occupancy is required to be on or before 4/01/2011. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name/site and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Common Area Factor for available space by floor on a single and multiple tenancy basis 4. Offeror's name, address, phone number 5. Responses by other than the property owner must include written permission of the owner to offer the space. Expressions of interest should be sent to Fredrick J.
