- 1 EA Harsco 1992 Model MKIII ECTR 130 CL Railroad Tamper, S/N 3594092 Rebuild. Rebuild of the Tamper will bring the machine back to OEM condition and will include refurbishment of all major systems including the engine and drive train, hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders and valves, machine controller and tamping vibrators, delta liner and surfacing system, brakes and mechanical systems, hoses and wiring, as well as refurbishment of operator cab and control systems, updated software and re-paint. The machine will also be upgraded with the following options: Jupiter Compu-liner System, Double Barrel Receiver System, Complete Rapid Buggy Deploy System, & Dual Reference Lining System. The Rock Island Contracting Center intends to issue this Request for Quote, W52P1J-11-T-3013, to the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 19 November, 2010 with a close date of 30 days after issuance. The applicable NAICS code is 336510 with size standard for small business of 1,000 employees. This procurement will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Competitive, 100% Small Business Set Aside. Base quantity of One EA. FOB: Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). If you are not registered in CCR, you cannot be awarded a DoD Contract. The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov/.
