- Draft RFP (DRFP) The second Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the C-130 Avionics Modernization Program is hereby released. Anyone wishing written responses to questions must provide them to the individuals listed above NLT COB 12 NOV 10. The Government will post responses as soon as possible. Answers to questions that may reveal any competitively sensitive information will be responded to via email only to the submitter of the question. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this announcement. The Government does not desire nor will it review any information submitted regarding this announcement other than those questions related to the DRFP discussed.
