- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of material listed below. This will be a sole source award to Axiam Services for annual software licenses renewal for the Axium GMS 4000 Series Geometry Measuring System.
