- Nevada National Security Site Fire & Rescue Scope of Work Completely rewrite the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) Fire & Rescure (F&R) Baseline Needs Assessment to reflect current site conditions, F&R capacities and capabilities, and known future changes. The document will be based on current format with updated conditions and requirements. Specific Activities Review current document Meet with site personnel to better understand current conditions and gain knowledge of known changes to the site Provide first draft to F&R for in-house review and comment Review first draft with F&R comments Incorporate comments as required Provide final draft document to F&R Deliverables Provide weekly update on progress made and any additional resources required Provide first draft of the updated document for comment by February 28, 2011 Provide final draft document to NNSS F&R by April 30, 2011 Requirements Clearance: Q Required (Must be able to obtain a clearance.) A Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance will be required to perform work under this Subcontract and is required for all subcontract personnel having access to classified information or special nuclear material when performing such work. A corresponding level of security clearance from another federal agency may be applicable if approved by National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) and/or DOE/NV. Experience and Credentials: Minimum 10 years fire protection and emergency response experience Qualified Fire Protection Engineer. Location Nevada Facilities - Work to be performed both onsite and offsite. Duration Start date, two weeks following award, with a development work scope to deliver the first draft document for comment no later than February 28, 2011. Final draft BNA deliverable date is April 30, 2011. Potential Bidder Requirements Provide point of contact, capability statement and resume(s) of your key personnel to include unique qualifications and experience for this work.
