- Questions and Answers Amendment 1 - Signed Cover Page Amdendment 1 See the attached amendment (FA8617-11-R-6209-0001). Proposal due dates have been extended as follows: Offerors shall submit their past performance information no later than 4:30 pm Eastern on 22 November 2010, and the remainder of the proposal no later than 4:30 pm Eastern on 10 December 2010. See the attached "Question and Answer" sheet. Offerors shall propose to the commercial financing terms as set forth in CLINs 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, and 1005 and further stated in the clause at ASC/WNZI-1, "Terms for Commercial Financing of Purchases of Commercial Items (SEP 2010)". Please note these terms are still subject to internal United States Government review and approval. If these terms change as a result, an amendment to this solicitation will be issued.
