- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W81C4B03067265, is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard for this NAICS Code is not to exceed $25.0 million.. The White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) has a requirement to obtain the following item. (54 Each) 940006-01 LabView Standard Service Program Non-Concurrent Volume License Agreement Software Service Renewal of LabView Full Development System, Windows SN M63x37109 Renewing 54 Seats Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss or damage prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. Shipping Zip Code: 88002 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: All bids must be emailed to todd.g.kelley@us.army.mil or delivered to Todd Kelley, Bldg 143 Crozier Street Room 206, White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002 to be received no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Tuesday 16 November 2010. Please submit the following information with each quote: lead time to for delivery; the duration required to complete delivery from the date of contract award, the date the offer expires, unit price, and Total cost. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value in terms of quality, price, and delivery duration offered which will be most advantageous to the Government.
