- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1104, IQC10117009060, 5365-00-959-2153, Ring, Turbine Bearing. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Non-Commercial and not CSI. Critical application applies. Measuring and Test Equipment applies. Surge and sustainment is not required. Approved sources of supply are Rolls-Royce Corporation CAGE 63005 P/N 6895818, Kaydon Ring & Seal Inc CAGE 75370 P/N 48614 or Precision Rings Inc. CAGE 99121 P/N J4-001. This is a source controlled drawing The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 276 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 69 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 69 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 276 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 552 each. The Requested delivery is 108 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on November 17, 2010 with a closing date of December 17, 2010. A copy will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
