- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to CostWorks to provide RS Means Licensing Software. CostWorks is the sole software manufacturer for RSMeans. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ). Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Applicable NAICS code is 511210. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing by email addressed to Sandra.g.savage@usace.army.mil. Responses should be submitted no later than November 12, 2010, 10:00 AM (EST).
