- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the NIST Office of Material Measurements Laboratory, intends to negotiate with DIONEX CORPORATION, 1228 TITAN WAY, SUNNYVALE, CA 94085-4015, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), for renewal of Premier Care Program Maintenance Contract for the Dionex UltiMate 3000 Liquid Chromatography Systems. Dionex is the manufacturer and the only known source for these systems up-grade and repair. Interested parties that are capable to provide maintenance for the aforementioned Premier Care Program may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. Capability Statement must show that the vendor has access to spare parts and are able to ship on the same day, and demonstrate past performance maintaining the UltiMate 3000 Liquid Chromatography Systems. written responses will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
