Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM STAR #: 0NM2091 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 9,252 rentable square feet in Albuquerque, NM. The space should yield 8,045 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. First floor space cannot be considered. The Government will require two (2) surface parking spaces. Additionally, one (1) parking space for the disabled is required in addition to disabled spaces required by code. The disabled spaces must be located in an adjoining lot or garage with a fully accessible route to the office or along city streets within ½ block from the accessible entrance. Written assurance from the offeror by the city must be provided indicating that the spaces must be restricted for use by the disabled during the tenancy of SSA. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area in Albuquerque, NM: North boundary - Slate Street South boundary - Coal Ave East boundary - Broadway West boundary - 8th Street The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 13, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
