- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT 3 tents with a minimum inside measurement of 30'x50, 4 walls and 2 doors per tent with tables and chairs to seat 130 personnel on one side; with lighting (min 8 per tent) and power outlets (min 8 per tent). Delivery charge * Environmental Control Unit (ECU) for each tent (tent temperature must remain between 40 & 80 degrees Fahrenheit), to include generator support to facilitate use of ECU, lights, AV equipment and AV equipment - 45kw or as required to run the power equipment; with fuel support for generators/ECU 80 hours per week estimated 3,000 gallons.
