Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, simplified aquisition procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written soliciatation will not be issued. The resultant order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a requirement for lease of 179 reserved parking spaces for FDA. The location is within a block radius of 11400 Rockwall Office Center; Rockville, Md and 5515 Security Lane, Rockwall II Buildings, Rockville, MD. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 -- simplified acquisition procedures. The proposed award is for services under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The Government intends negotiate to the vendor with lowest price quote. Responses to this notice must be via email only benjamin.delaney@fda.hhs.gov. All questions are to be submitted via email no later than November 15, 2010 1:00 pm EST.
