- This special notice serves as the award synopsis for solicitationN65236-08-R-0044 issued by SPAWAR SYSCEN Atlantic on 11 February 2009. Four offers were received, and in accordance with the solicitation as amended multiple awards have been deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. The contract numbers, awardees and award amounts for the base year are as follows: N65236-10-D-3820, Scientific Research Corporation, 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway, Suite 400 South, Atlanta, GA 30339, $8,014,214.34; N65236-10-D-3821, Mantech Systems Engineering Corporation, 12015 Lee Jackson Highway, Fairfax, VA 22033, $7,977,909.00; N65236-10-D-3822, Science Applications International Corporation, 10260 Campus Point Drive, Building C, San Diego, CA 92121, $8,466,938.80; and N65236-10-D-3826, M.C. Dean, Inc., 22461 Shaw Road, Dulles, VA 20166, $10,103,745.12. Each of the contracts is for a base plus four one year option periods. The cumulative value of all task orders issued thereunder is not to exceed $49,800,000.00. The base year is from 30 September 2010 29 September 2011. All line items were awarded to all offerors.
