- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego, Seal Beach Division, intends to award a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to Intuicom, Inc., Boulder CO, in support of range-tracking requirements in and around El Centro, CA; ANG Townsend Range, GA; MCAS Cherry Point, NC; and Det. Astor Bombing Range, FL. No other equipment possesses the characteristics and compatibility requirements that will allow complete interface with the existing system. Equipment includes CLIN 0001 Navigator IIE, P/N FIP1-900N2V-E, (40 ea); CLIN 0002 Mini-Navigator II, P/N FIP1-900-MNG-A, (175 ea); CLIN 0003 Communicator II (Blue), P/N FIP1-900C2M-R (95 ea); CLIN 0004 Communicator II (Gray), P/N FIP1-900C2M-R (90 ea); CLIN 0005 EB-3 Plus, P/N FIP1-900N3B-E (33 ea); CLIN 0006 EB-6 Plus, P/N FIP1-900N2B-HE (33 ea); CLIN 0007 Bandpass Filter, P/N EBF900 (30 ea); CLIN 0008 Amplifier, P/N FIP4-900AMP-5 (37 ea), for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6-302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be available by 19 November 2010 on the NECO website www.neco@navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates.
