- Bidding Schedule Drawing Wage Determination Appendix C Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST A FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 532412 (b) DOLLARS: $7.0M THIS IS AN URGENT REQUIREMENT Description of Services: Install temporary heating equipment at building 89 to support the existing building make-up and heating requirements until permanent repairs can be made to the existing system or until the temporary equipment is no longer needed in accordance with the attached Performace Work Statement, Appendix C, and Wage Determination. Period of Performance: Provide temporary heating equipment for a period of five months. Contractor will be required to install the rental equipment one day after project is awarded. A site visit will be held on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Meet at the Museum of Aviation parking lot at 12:50 pm. There will be bus transportation provided. All individuals entering the base must bring a picture ID. Please email shea.hart@robins.af.mil to RSVP for the site visit no later than 4:00 pm Friday 05 November 2010. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE CONTRACTOR VISIT THE SITE TO DETERMINE THE COMPLEXITY OF THE WORK AND THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Quotations must be received by Shea Hart (shea.hart@robins.af.mil) and Angela Whitley (angie.whitley@robins.af.mil no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 12 November 2010. Quotes may be emailed. The anticipated contract award date is 19 November 2010. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
