- Functional Test Area(FTA) High Mast Lighting Synopsis WR-ALC/PKO Infrastructure Support Branch, Robins AFB, GA offers this opportunity to be accomplished using competitive acquisition procedures, 100% set-aside for HUB Zone Certified Contractors. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210, size standard $14M. The project consists of all tools, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to (1) Provide a complete High Mast Lighting design, including A-E Design Drawings, for the Functional Test Area (2) Provide a complete electrical control and distribution system required to power seven high mast light poles and two future poles (3) Install seven fully functional High Mast Light poles IAW statement of work. The rough order of magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. To be eligible for contract award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http:www.ccr.gov/. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to the Primary POC. We anticipate releasing the Request for Quote (RFQ) in November 2010. Our tentative solicitation release date is 25 November 2010; however, this is only a best estimate at the present time.
