- USCG ALC MRR: BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT - POSTING OF SOLICITATIONS FOR AIRCRAFT SERVICES, PARTS, AND MATERIALS FOR THE MH-60J/T AIRCRAFT BETWEEN 10K AND 25K; IAW USCG SAP HANDBOOK M4200.13H CHAPTER 7, AND THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS 6.302-1, 6.302-2, and 6.303-1. The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center Medium Range Recovery Product Line, Senior Contracting Officer, Elizabeth City, NC hereby announces the following general categories of services and spares which have been forecasted to be procured during the Fiscal Year 2011 (1 October, 2010 to 30 September, 2011). These services and spares may be procured multiple times, from sole or limited capable responsible sources, throughout the Fiscal year 2011 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Acquisitions in excess of $25,000.00 will be advertised on FBO.GOV. Acquisitions between $10,000.00 and $25,000.00 will not be advertised. However those acquisitions subject to NAFTA will not be subject to the 40 day period of time between publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers as this notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.203(h). The forecasted simplified acquisition contract actions will be for services to repair, exchange, overhaul, or purchase components such as, but not limited to, the following: Airframe and Powerplant system components, Avionic and Electronic system components, Cabin furnishings/Accessories, and Mission Capable Equipment, hardware such as aircraft unique screws, washers, lights, wire, battery, etc. As directed by the MRR Supply Cell Leader, vendors wishing to be given supply source and capable repair source consideration should email their supply, repair, or overhaul capabilities listing (for MH60J/T Airrcraft Only) via electronic means to the MRR Equipment Specialist, Bryan.K.Barclift@uscg.mil for consideration and information distribution.
