- No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your request and communication to DSCR-ZDB, Cynthia Ivey Contracting Officer, via email cynthia.ivey@us.army.mil or facsimile 256-955-8601. PRON: AX0F5310AX, NSN: 4920-01-516-5091, P/N: AV-001-002, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a Quantity of 10 maximum 50 TEST EQUIPMENT, HELI applicable to AH-64 APACHE Weapon System. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 10 each due 189 Days after Contract Award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Avion Manufacturing Incorporated Cage 1WYD4. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
