- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a service to investigate and repair the existing foundation for the lake Bardwell Field ofice. The contractor is to provide all tools, labor, equipment and materials to provide a foundation investigation and repair and installation plan for the existing Bardwell Office. Contractor to install all remediation items to repair the foundation as detailed in the foundation report. Quotations must include all information for service requested in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ).
