The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN's are as follows 6220-01-159-9022 and 6220-01-465-3291, 120 and 110 day's delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
