- THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN TO SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. The USFWS has a requirement to provide bulk fuel (unleaded and diesel) to McNary National Wildlife Refuge. Award will be based on low price. Solicitation number F11PX00375 may be viewed via a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. Prospective bidders will have 7 days from the posting date to respond to this solicitation. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NAICS code is 424710 and the size standard is 100 employees.
