- Description
- The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Request for Proposal for supplying a Secondary Water Source at Grand Forks Air Force Base ND. The source shall have 250 gallons per minute of water continuously available at the point of delivery at a pressure of not less than 60 pounds per square inch gauge. The estimated daily maximum demand is 350 KGAL, and the estimated annual consumption is 8,000 KGAL. Clear, potable water safe for human consumption shall be provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. This contract will include a base year and 9 option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 221310, and the small business size standard is $7 million. This acquisition will be solicited unrestricted. A formal Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 15 Nov 10. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation at website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. Once the solicitation is posted, interested parties must review the website frequently for updates and amendments. No paper copies or CD-ROMs will be issued. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database or their proposal will not be considered for award. Contractors can obtain further information on the CCR database at website http://www.ccr.gov/ and the ORCA database at http://orca.bpn.gov/. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation cost.
