- Description
- The National Park Service intends to issue a concessions prospectus on November 1, 2010, for traditional bathing and massage therapy services at Hot Springs National Park. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51, has determined that there is no Preferred Offeror for this contract. The term of the new concession contract will be for ten (10) years. In order to be evaluated and considered for award of the concession contract, any proposal must be received by the Concession Program Manager, National Park Service, Midwest Regional Office, 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68102 by February 18, 2011, and no later than 4:00 p.m. (Central Time). The prospectus will be issued on November 1, 2010, under the terms described in the prospectus. Questions are due by January 7, 2011, as outlined in the Proposal Instructions of the Prospectus. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $25 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $20 per copy if picked up in person at the above address. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service; and must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. A Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) must be provided on all checks. Prospectus packages can be requested by mailing Tracy Simmons, Concessions Management Specialist, Midwest Regional Office, National Park Service, 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68102.
