- DLA Troop Support intends to solicit for an establishment of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to cover PLASTIC ITEMS: ICE AND BEVERAGE CONTAINERS, FOOD CONTAINERS AND SPARE PARTS. Federal Stock Class (FSC) 4110, 7360, 7320, 7310. The IQC will provide coverage for both CONUS and OCONUS military customers. Orders and delivery will be Customer Direct (DVD), FOB Destination. The IQC will contain a 1 year base period, with the option to extend the term of the contract for four (4) additional years in one-year increments. The solicitation will allow percentage of increase or decrease in price based on the applicable Established Catalogue Price for each option year; therefore this is a Fixed-Price acquisition with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA).
