- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to solicit and negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements) with Columbia Rural Electric Association (CREA), 115 E. Main Street., Dayton, WA 99328. This requirement is for a contract modification to include additional service meters to the ten-year electric utility service contract W912EF-10-C-0006 for multiple Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, WA, parks and other resource facilities located along the Snake River behind Ice Harbor Dam. Estimated contract amount is $304,116.00. Anticipated award date is 23 DEC 2010. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221122. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
