Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (10 U.S.C. 2304(g) and 2305 and 43 U.S.C. 253(g) and 253a and 253b), FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (Title VII of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (Public Law 103-355)), and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Service Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service is issuing this solicitation as Request for Quotation (RFQ) Q1500110005. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set aside. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. The associated North American Industry Classification system code is 454312 and the small business size standard is 50 employees. PRICE SCHEDULE - SUPPLLY AND DELIVER LIQUID PROPANE GASLINE ITEM 0001 - __________ per gallon of propane. DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Keystone, South Dakota has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of up to 6,200 gallons of liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). Deliveries will be to the Water Plant, Waste Water Plant, Housing, and Museum Storage within the Mount Rushmore National Memorial, 13000 Highway 244, Keystone, South Dakota no later than November 20, 2010. The driver shall schedule delivery with Alan Sage, Buildings and Grounds Supervisor at 605-574-3119, 24 hours prior to delivery. Delivery shall be made Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the transportation and delivery of the liquid propane. Delivery tickets are required and must be signed by the National Park Service receiving official at time of delivery. AWARD DECISION: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is lowest priced. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition.
