- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease existing office and related space consisting of approximately 8,050 rentable square feet in Charlotte, NC. The space should yield 7,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space. The parking requirement is for 5 secured enclosed parking spaces that are contiguous with the office space and is included in the total square footage identified above. DELINEATED AREA: NORTH: I-77 to I-277 SOUTH: I-277 EAST: I-277 WEST: I-77 REQUIRED: The building cannot be located within a 100 year flood plain. Space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not accept sub-leases. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm OWNERS / AGENTS: All expressions of interest submitted by brokers / agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
