- UPDATE (FRIDAY, 29 OCT 2010): 1. The solicitation, including specifications and all other documents related to this procurement, is tentatively scheduled to be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website ( www.fbo.gov ) on: Monday or Tuesday, November 1 or 2, 2010. 2. The mandatory organized site visit has been changed to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 04 November 2010 at the local fire hall, 306 South McKenzie St. Le Hillier/ South Bend Township, MN (tentative). Bidder attendance at the organized site visit is MANDATORY. 3. The bid opening is tentatively scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 08 November 2010. 4. Work is tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, 12 November 2010 and certain submittals will be required prior to commencement of work.
