- The Sources Sought Response Date was corrected to read 29 Oct 10, No Later Than 1:00pm C.S.T. The change matches up with the posted Sources Sought Solicitation. This requirement is for all qualified hotels/motels to accomodate a conference in the city of San Antonio, TX. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Performance Work Statement for the terms and conditions of this requirement. The qualified hotel/motel shall accomodate at a maximum 450 personnel.
