- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia Site intends to solicit, on a full and open competitive basis, for Maintenance Services. These Maintenance Services are for the Curtis air compressor. The services will be provided on an as needed basis. The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 811211. Upon its release, the solicitation will be made available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be made available. Offerors shall be required to submit both price and technical proposals. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instructions. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation.
