Description
QUESTIONS/ ANSWERS Customer Relationship Management Software. 1. B.1.C: Can we get more detailed information on the Filemaker 10 import needs? Can you provide a sample file in order to determine the level of effort needed to meet your requirement. We will need to import up to five tables from Filemaker in either native format (*.fp*) or as csv files. The import can be real-time or periodic extractions, for example on a weekly basis. The tables will contain fields with contact information (name, position, company, address, etc.), discussion notes, and data on the agreements we have negotiated with companies (agreement type, file number, company, etc.). We are unable to supply an example file. 2. B.1.C: Are all the listed applications required to be integrated or is this list to show the types of applications to be integrated? Is this an exhaustive list of all applications to be integrated? This is the recommended list of applications to be integrated, additional applications can be proposed. 3. B.1.E: Can you supply us with the prospect to lead to contact thread/process in order to determine the complexity of the lead nurturing process. Prospects and leads currently obtained from web-to-lead, conferences, partnering sessions, market research, etc. used in direct mail campaigns with telephone and email follow-up. Would like to have a structured qualification process embedded within the CRM. Process is very individualistic, low volume, high relationship-building. 4. B.1.F: Can you supply some examples of analytics that you want-sample reports or screenshots? This is needed to determine the level of effort needed to meet your requirements. Examples of analytics and reports: historical and comparative trend analyses, lead collection vs. conversion, web analytics (visits, download bandwidth, search terms, demographics). Consultation with CRM partner will define others. Unable to submit examples of reports or screenshots. 5. What is the expected due date of the project? Or is there a date range in which the client would like to have the requirements met and the functionality all operational? Within 30 days ARO. 6. G.1 Invoice: What are the normal payment terms? Upon receipt of invoice? Net X days? Net-30. 7. G.2: Where/what is Section 19 in regards to Certificates of Insurance? See Terms and conditions attached. 8. Would you make the budgeted cost estimate for this proposal available prior to bid submittal? No. 9. Please provide use cases related to the requested integration with the following applications: Atlassian Confluence, Google, Omniture. - Google-CRM mashups, for example with Google Finance showing company information that can be input into the contact/company record; - Omniture SiteCatalyst (now Adobe SiteCatalyst): comparisons of online and offline channels, consolidating marketing campaign metrics into holistic view. For example, ability to track web site hits in CRM on a technology description during a marketing campaign. - Atlassian Confluence: Create issues in JIRA from CRM; map multiple Salesforce cases to a single JIRA issue; synchronize updates and comments in CRM and JIRA; and/or generate integrated reports across JIRA and Salesforce data for product planning 10. How many tables/worksheets will be migrated from filemaker pro and excel? 6 11. What is the volume of data, by record count, that is to be migrated to SFDC from Filemaker pro and Excel? Approx. 30,000 contacts 12. Have specific partner add-ons been reviewed for the following integrations? • LinkedIn: yes • Jigsaw: yes • Facebook: no • Hoover's/Duns and Bradstreet: yes 13.
