- Attachments to NIHOF2010284 Solicitation NIHOF2010284 The National Institutes of Health is soliciting for 8(a) small businesses capable of providing a multi-component exterior architectural maintenance and repair program for all NIH facilities located at the NIH Campus in Bethesda, MD; the NIH Animal Center in Poolesville, MD; Twinbrook II in Rockville, MD; Gerontology Facility at Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Baltimore, MD; National Institute of Environmental Health Services (NIEHS) in Research Triangle Park, NC; the New Iberia, LO Research Facility; and Rocky Mountain Labs in Hamilton, MT. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $13 million. It is anticipated that the Office of Research Facilities (ORF) will award one (1) fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a contract cumulative ceiling not to exceed $32 million (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years). DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT : The contractor shall be capable of providing a multi-component exterior architectural maintenance and repair program for all NIH facilities located at the NIH Campus in Bethesda, MD; the NIH Animal Center in Poolesville, MD; Twinbrook II in Rockville, MD; Gerontology Facility at Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Baltimore, MD; National Institute of Environmental Health Services (NIEHS) in Research Triangle Park, NC; the New Iberia, LO Research Facility; and Rocky Mountain Labs in Hamilton, MT. The components of the program are as follows: A. Roof Data Base Management System B. Roof Preventative Maintenance Program C. Roof Leak Response and Repair Program D. Turn-Key Roof Replacement Capabilities E. Building Waterproofing and Repair Capabilities SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION PACKAGE. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 11/9/2010 at 9:00am at the National Institutes of Health, 9000 Rockville Pike, Building 13, Conference Room 2E48, Bethesda, MD 20982. Please be on time. Notify Mary Grasson at grassonm@mail.nih.gov by 1:00 p.m. November 4, 2010 if you plan to attend. THE SITE VISIT IS LIMITED TO TWO INDIVIDUALS PER COMPANY. After the site visit, questions are due by 4:00 p.m. November 15, 2010. No questions will be answered after November 15, 2010.
