- Brand Name Justification Component List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FE461302500042 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business concerns, as a total small business set-aside, for NAICS code 333120, size standard 750 employees. Solicitation consists of Contract Line Item Number 0001, quantity "1", unit of measure "Lot". All quotations will be inclusive of all costs. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The contractor shall be responsible to supply a factory new, current model year H.D. Industries model TM 600-120-DH trailer unit Pro-Patch Asphalt Pothole Patcher, complete with all items as specified in the attached Component List. The Lot is to be quoted FOB Destination, with delivery and acceptance at F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005. To be eligible for contract award and payment, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor registration (CCR) and Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) websites. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this solicitation notice. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing within the time allowed. The Government reserves the right to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The anticipated award date is 19 November 2010. Any questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing, via email or facsimile, to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer listed under Point of Contact. Quotations are due no later than 16 November 2010 by 3:00 pm, Mountain Time. Offerors are encouraged to submit quotations electronically to the Primary Point of Contact listed. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. The full text of a provision or clause may be accessed electronically at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. 52.204-7 -- Central Contractor Registration. 52.211-6 -- Brand Name or Equal. 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated quotation, on company letterhead or quotation form, marked with the solicitation number, to 90 CONS/LGCA, Attn: Robert Motily, 7505 Barnes Loop, Bldg. 208, F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860, at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Quotation may be faxed or emailed.
