- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number (RFP) F11PS00058, the RFP will be posted on or about 28 October 2010. This requirement will consist of the replacement of the existing Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System in the Administration/Office at the Caddo Lake NWR (National Wildlife Refuge) located in Harrison County, Karnack, Texas. This solicitation will be advertised as a Unrestricted - Full and Open Competition. We are seeking contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, Size standard $14.0. In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
