- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the form in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit quotations for FM500002590162. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 333924 with a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is for RICO ELECTRIC 10K 463L LIFT PWH-100 Pallet or EQUAL items. The line item description are as follows: ( 1) ea RICO ELECTRIC 10K 463L LIFT PWH-100 Pallet or EQUAL EX Capability) RICO Electric 10k 463 L Lift PWH-100 Pallet or equal (EX Capability), EE would suffice, with a must have Battery w/ Onboard Charger, Power Steering, Carriage Mounted Pallet- Jack Scale or a Load Mounted Scale - (with digital readout that will display the weight without moving pallets around), 10 Foot Electric Cord that plugs into 110v. Outlet, Grounding Strap and 10,000 LBS Capacity to include delivery to 673rd Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER), Alaska. End Item Description. The required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of an order and shall be FOB Destination.
