- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN MILWAUKEE, WI The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,245 - 7,969 rentable square feet in Milwaukee, WI. The space should yield 6,300-6,930 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require eight (8) outside parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area starting where Interstate 94 and Highway 41 intersect: East: Lake Michigan North: North Ave West: Interstate 43 South: National Avenue The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1st, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
