Ft. (ABOA): 9,250 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Required per code Parking Spaces (Surface): Required per code Parking Spaces (Structured): Required per code Parking Spaces (Reserved): Required per code Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of GSA or their authorized representative LaBonde Land, Inc./Studley. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by broker/agent must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the ownership of the building or property. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
