- NASA/JSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Multiple Award GeneralConstruction Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contracts Large Projects. The order of magnitude for the procurement of the sample Task Order is $5,000,000.00 to$10,000,000.00 and the effort shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendardays after notice to proceed. The guaranteed minimum amount of work which may be requiredis $5,000.00. The maximum amount of work is $400,000,000.00 for the five (5) year periodof performance. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.The NAICS Code and size standard for this procurement are 236220 and $33.5 Million,respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about December 13, 2010 with ananticipated offer closing date of on or about February 4, 2011.The firm date for receipt of bids or proposals will be stated in the RFP. Drawings willbe available from a source to be provided at the time the solicitation is released. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995) Alternate I (Feb 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigationsand Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a resultof the solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspectthe site where the work will be performed. (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for - a date and time to be stipulated with the release of the RFP (c) Participants will meet at- a location to be stipulated within the solicitation (End of Provision) All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing.
