- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 81st Army Reserve Center will conduct Yellow Ribbon Conference in Orlando, FL 19-21 Nov 2010 and 10-12 Dec 2010. All questions shall be submitted in writing and received prior to 11:00 a.m. EST, November 1, 2010. Questions can be sent via email, faye.jackson@usar.army.mil or fax (803)751-1901.
