- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the lease of a 65 Ton Link Belt Crane in accordance with the specifications attached at the end of the SF 1449 solicitation form. The Government intends on awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Base Year and THREE (3) option years. Please note the Base Year is only 11 months in duration and all Option Years are 12 months in duration. No questions shall be answered by phone for this solicitation. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to jean.p.bretz@usace.army.mil. Answers to potential vendor questions shall be answered by formal posted Solicitation Amendments. The closing date for this solicitation is 10 November 2010 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. All offers must be received by the closing date and time.
