Cole, Contract Spec; Email: carla.h.cole@us.army.mil; The Government has a requirement for the following: System: Patriot; Noun: able Assembly, Special; NSN: 5995-01-141-5211; PN: 11457510; QTY: 30 ea This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Delivery Schedule with Contractor Tested Quality Verification is 150 days. The Delivery Schedule without First Article Test is 90 days. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
